Beautification Station - 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, August 7, 2010
Grab your friends and neighbors and jump on the bus to see OKC like never before! The fourth annual, totally free, Beautification Station…Cruisin’ OKC bus tour and luncheon is a professionally guided tour conducted on an air-conditioned chartered bus. We will drive you around OKC and show you volunteer-driven neighborhood revitalization projects that will leave you bursting with pride for the citizens of this great City and all that they have accomplished. You will exit the bus at several locations to view up-close community landscaping, parks, street lighting and gateway projects all aimed at making OKC a more beautiful place to live.

Afterwards, a free lunch will be provided by Chesapeake Energy in one of their new employee restaurants. Reservations are required. Seating is limited for this event so reserve your seat today!

Start Here! This beginners’ workshop gives you the tools you need to get your neighborhood organized. Offered the first Tuesday of even-number months at the Neighborhood Alliance Building, 1236 NW 36th Street, OKC, at 6:00 pm. Light dinner is served. Fourth Annual Good Neighbor Awards BanquetThursday, November 4, 6pm
